You have the opportunity to join the #StOpE initiative once a year. The signing of the act of commitment takes place every year on January 25th, the national day against sexism

Who can join the #StOpE initiative?

Any employer engaged in an ongoing effort to combat ordinary sexism within their organisation, whether public or private, can join the initiative. Companies, communities, public institutions, universities, schools and associations are therefore welcome.

 

The signing of the act of commitment

The signing of the act of commitment takes place once a year, on January 25th, the national day against sexism.

The commitment is made at the highest level of the organization, the signature is therefore accomplished either by the president, or by the CEO, or by a member of the Comex (excluding HRD and D&I).

The signature does not imply any financial consideration. Collective funding is organized through an annual call for donations, with no obligation to donate.

The act of commitment

The signatory organisations commit to:

  • Implement at least one action per year within their organization;
  • To answer an annual questionnaire;
  • To attend at least one quarterly meeting.
